Try them on indoors
When your pair arrives, try it on indoors, on a clean floor. A pair that stays clean and unworn outside can come back to us; a pair worn outside cannot.
Custom prints
Pairs printed with your own design are final sale — they were made for you and cannot be resold. Please double-check size (see the size guide) and artwork before ordering.
Defects are on us
If your pair arrives with a printing, quality or design fault, we remake or refund it — our factory compensates quality and design issues in full. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos.
Who pays return shipping
Defect or our mistake: we cover return shipping. Wrong size picked, clean pair: you cover the return label, and we refund the product price once the pair arrives back. Original outbound shipping is free and not deducted.
